Players must participate fairly and respect the game's rules. Cheating, exploiting bugs, manipulating results, or using unauthorized automation to gain an advantage is prohibited.
Match results, rankings, points, and levels are features of the platform. They do not represent money, have no cash value, and are not guaranteed to remain unchanged if errors or abuse must be corrected.
Connection failures, disconnections, or technical issues can interrupt a match. We may review or correct clearly incorrect results where reasonably necessary.
Club conversations and public chat areas may be visible to other users. Do not share private information that you do not wish to make public.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, impersonation, spam, scams, and abusive or unlawful content are prohibited. Players are expected to treat each other respectfully regardless of country, language, or experience.

Players may report content or behavior that appears to violate the rules. To investigate reports, we may review relevant messages, game activity, and account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, issue warnings, limit features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts. Reports do not guarantee a particular outcome, and we may act when misconduct is identified even without a report.
Backgammon Online is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be added, updated, temporarily interrupted, or discontinued for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
We aim to provide a reliable experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation.
